Terms of Service
These Terms of Service act as a fully binding agreement between randomproxy.co.uk ("RandomProxy")
and each of its users ("the user").
Legal
The user is responsible for complying with all applicable laws of any countries from which Customer uses
the Internet to communicate, and applicable laws in force at the location of the server on which
RandomProxy is hosted (details of exact location are available on request from RandomProxy) and
additionally all applicable laws in force in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Users may not participate in or support any illegal activities through the use of their service.
Privacy
RandomProxy will never sell or disclose Customer's contact information or customer lists to any third
party, unless required by law or specifically authorised by user. Failure to input valid information may
result in termination of service. RandomProxy is not responsible for any inability by the user to access
or use RandomProxy.
Acceptable Use
The RandomProxy staff moderate all websites submitted to RandomProxy. By submiting your website to us,
you agree that you fully understand, and agree to our Terms of Service.
By submiting your website you agree that your site must fullfill all of the following criteria.
- Your site must be a free proxy.
- Your site must not promote unethical activity.
- Your site must not promote any form of illegal activity.
- Your site must not contain content of a pornographic nature.
- Your site must not imply, in any way, any of the above activities.
Sites may be disapproved for any reason at RandomProxy descression. Including but not limited to:
- Your site does not comply with the above mentioned criteria.
- Your site cannot be accessed by our moderators.
- Your site does not maintain a link back to us (where required).
- Your site's link back to us must be clearly visible from the homepage.
- Your site has exceded its bandwidth allowance.
If for any reason your site is disapproved, you will receive an automated email notifying you. You may
contact us within seven (7) days of being disapproved, and RandomProxy will be happy to work with you
in order for RandomProxy to (re-)approve your website. This is no guarantee that sites that we work with
in the above mentioned method will be (re-)approved.
After the seven (7) day period, disapproved sites will be deleted from RandomProxy's servers, this includes users
data, and any other data related to the users site. Once again, if you believe your site is appropriate
for RandomProxy, and fits the criteria stated in the Acceptable Use clause above, we are happy for users
to re-submit their websites.
Indemnity
RandomProxy's services are provided as-is, and are to be used at the users's own risk. RandomProxy provides
no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including warranties of salability or fitness for any
particular purpose.
RandomProxy is not responsible for hardware or software damage, loss of data, or any other financial or
personal loss resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Any liabilities are strictly
limited to the amount of the fee(s) paid for services rendered.
The user is responsible for all actions taken or caused to be taken in the user's use of the service.
As a condition of service, the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RandomProxy's officers, employees,
agents, and associates from any cause of action originating from use of the service.
Security, Back-Ups, and Support
Due to the insecure nature of much of the global Internet, RandomProxy strongly suggests personal information
never be sent through e-mail or any other Internet service, unless proper encryption is used. The user is fully
liable and responsible for the security and integrity of their own services. RandomProxy will not be held liable
for any security breaches that may occur. The user agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless RandomProxy from
any legal or financial claims that may result from a breach in the security of the users services.
If any portion of this agreement is found to contradict applicable laws, the remaining portions will remain in
full force. Any and all disputes regarding or resulting from this agreement will be governed by the laws and
courts of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Changes to ToS
RandomProxy may make changes to these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes will take effect
immediatly after notice of the changes is given to the user. If the user does not agree with these
Terms of Service, the user must discontinue use of their services immediately and contact RandomProxy
to remove their site(s).
